10. We will not be responsible for replacing the Shape UP Cream product if it is mishandled due to negligence on the part of the customer or damaged during transit.

11. We will not refund money during the warranty period if the Shape UP Cream product can be repaired or replaced.

12. For repairs/replacements under warranty, the Shape UP Cream product must be delivered to our DarazPakistan.Com.Pk warehouse by the customer at their own cost. Return charges will be borne by DarazPakistan.Com.Pk under such circumstances.

In case a Shape UP Cream product is returned for any reason, a 30% deduction will be made from the invoice price.
