12. For repairs/replacements under warranty, the Vivaxa Gel product must be delivered to our DarazPakistan.Com.Pk warehouse by the customer at their own cost. Return charges will be borne by DarazPakistan.Com.Pk under such circumstances.

In case a Vivaxa Gel product is returned for any reason, a 30% deduction will be made from the invoice price.
