1. If you receive a defective Supasize Oil product, you must inform our Customer Care Department within 48 hours of delivery.

2. All electrical goods come with a warranty of 1 month from the date of receipt by the customer.

3. During the warranty period, we will repair the Supasize Oil product.

7. We will not entertain any repair requests after the warranty has expired.

9. During the warranty period, no loose spare parts will be supplied by DarazPakistan.Com.Pk.

10. We will not be responsible for replacing the Supasize Oil product if it is mishandled due to negligence on the part of the customer or damaged during transit.

11. We will not refund money during the warranty period if the Supasize Oil product can be repaired or replaced.

12. For repairs/replacements under warranty, the Supasize Oil product must be delivered to our DarazPakistan.Com.Pk warehouse by the customer at their own cost. Return charges will be borne by DarazPakistan.Com.Pk under such circumstances.

In case a Supasize Oil product is returned for any reason, a 30% deduction will be made from the invoice price.
