10. We will not be responsible for replacing the Smart Ear wax product if it is mishandled due to negligence on the part of the customer or damaged during transit.

11. We will not refund money during the warranty period if the Smart Ear wax product can be repaired or replaced.

12. For repairs/replacements under warranty, the Smart Ear wax product must be delivered to our DarazPakistan.Com.Pk warehouse by the customer at their own cost. Return charges will be borne by DarazPakistan.Com.Pk under such circumstances.

In case a Smart Ear wax product is returned for any reason, a 30% deduction will be made from the invoice price.
