7. We will not entertain any repair requests after the warranty has expired.

8. We do not provide any extra attachments apart from the ones supplied with the Original Derma Wand product.

9. During the warranty period, no loose spare parts will be supplied by DarazPakistan.Com.Pk.

10. We will not be responsible for replacing the Derma Wand product if it is mishandled due to negligence on the part of the customer or damaged during transit.

11. We will not refund money during the warranty period if the Derma Wand product can be repaired or replaced.

12. For repairs/replacements under warranty, the Derma Wand product must be delivered to our DarazPakistan.Com.Pk warehouse by the customer at their own cost. Return charges will be borne by DarazPakistan.Com.Pk under such circumstances.

In case a Derma Wand product is returned for any reason, a 30% deduction will be made from the invoice price.
